Common Questions

How can I receive a government subsidy?

To receive the government subsidy, you must meet the eligibility criteria for the Certificate 3 Guarantee or Higher Level Skills funding program. Please click on get started to check your eligibility.

How much do I have to pay?

If you meet the funding eligibility criteria, you will pay only $15 or $20 per unit, depending on your concessional status. The concessional rate applies to applicants who currently receive government benefits. However, if you're not eligible for a government subsidy, we can offer a customised payment plan to suit your financial needs. The total cost will be between $2870 and $4100, depending on your course choice and your preferred payment method. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Talk to our team to discuss your payment optiions.

What if I am not eligible for government funding?

We are currently offering a customised fee plan and 37.5% discount for a limited time. You will only pay $110.00 per subject instead of $200.00. Save $90 per subject.

When can I start?

You can start your course as soon as you wish. Once we determine your eligibility for government funding and you agree to the terms and conditions of your enrolment, you can commence your studies. Please note your course fee must be paid within 14 days of your course commencement.

How long do I have to study?

Your course duration will be 12 months from the date of your commencement. You can complete your course as early as you possibly can. An additional fee may be applicable if you require an extension for your course beyond 12 months.

What if I have already completed CHC30113 or CHC50113?

If you have already completed the old qualifications, you will not be eligible to receive government funding for the new courses. You can talk to our team to upgrade your qualifications for a discounted rate.

Do I have to complete a vocational placement?

Yes. Both of these courses require you to complete a vocational placement in a long daycare centre. 160 Hours for Certificate III and 280 Hours for Diploma.
