Why study Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care?

The early childhood education and care is a booming industry and is likely to reach 144,000 educators by 2025 according to government data. The demand is so high that your employment is almost guaranteed.

Do I have to complete vocational placement?

You must complete 160 Hours of vocational placement to complete this course. The vocational placement is a perfect opportunity to explore the industry and, most importantly, secure employment. Most of our previous graduates secured their first position during placement.

What is the duration of the course?

You have 12 months to complete this course. However, you can finish it earlier. The course completion will depend on the speed at which you are completing your assessments. We recommend you spend about 10 hours per week to study and at least 8 hours per week completing your placement. You will have access to a trainer and a support officer who will guide you through every step of the way.

What is the cost of study?

If you qualify for a government subsidy, the cost of the course will be $240 if you have a concession card or $320 for non-concession. However, if you're not eligible for a government subsidy, we can offer a customised payment plan to suit your financial needs. The total cost will be between $2870 and $3500, depending on the payment method you choose. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
